Be quiet...

Talking isn't always necessary.

There are times when you have to do it to defend yourself, to argue, to make friends...

But there are also times when it's best to shut up.

Today I'm going to show you five:

1) In the heat of anger

In that instance, your emotions took control of you.

Don't let them go out and do damage.

Always think before you say something!

2) If your words could damage a friendship

It doesn't necessarily have to be yours.

Even if having the power to ruin someone's friendship makes you feel powerful, stop.

Any harm you do will come back to haunt you.

3) If your words will offend a person.

Build bridges to unite, not walls to separate.

There's never a valid reason to offend because it's an action aimed only at hurting.

And what did I tell you about harm?

4) When you don't have all the fact

Talking nonsense will only damage your credibility.

And it will lead others to stop listening to you much sooner than you imagine.

5) If your words convey the wrong impression

Always weigh the words you say.

They give you the power to make a great impression and vice-versa.

Use your voice as an instrument of purification and harmony.

There are already too many bad things in the world.

Be different.

Talk soon,
